Description
Selector is seeking a Campaign Marketing Manager to help manage day-to-day marketing activities and to assist with the long-term marketing strategy for the company. They’ll support and execute our annual marketing plan, assist with reporting and running our Hubspot instance, and otherwise support the development of our marketing portal either directly or through external resources.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented personality with a technical background who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Campaign Marketing Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation.
Responsibilities
- Work remotely
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute marketing campaigns, optimize our marketing technology stack, and assist in project management
- Manage Selector’s marketing portal, including:
- Optimize our Hubspot instance and other marketing tools
- Run our JIRA instance to ensure tasks are completed on time and on target
- Own the Selector Marketing Calendar and report on upcoming campaigns and events
- Execution of our conference strategy, including:
- Maintaining our events and speaking calendar(s)
- Securing and handling logistics for scheduled conference trade shows
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure booths, demos, and handouts are correctly prepared for our chosen conferences
- Publicizing our conference activities to prospects and past attendees through email and other online promotion
- Support our email marketing strategy, including:
- Creation of a monthly newsletter
- Creation of other email marketing campaigns
- Work as part of a cross-functional team including management, engineers, and external contractors to create a consistent, integrated brand perception and positive user-experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, ideally with a technical focus
- 4-7 years experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience managing a company marketing portal on behalf of a growing startup; including owning Hubspot, Salesforce, and other parts of the marketing stack
- Experience owning and managing defined marketing tactics; specifically, content marketing, social media, event & conference calendars, and coordinating with external resources to achieve company objectives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask; Self-motivated and independent
- Experienced in monitoring or analytics platforms for Applications, Networks, or Cloud infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Preferred Experience
- Design experience; Familiarity with Illustrator or Photoshop
- Knowledge and experience of style guides along with the development of workflow and processes to apply them across a growing organization
- Experience working with project management software such as JIRA
- Engagement and involvement in the technology community for a software product
