Deliver technical presentations to demonstrate Selector Software’s usable AIOps analytics solution capabilities to prospects and customers using strong understanding of application and network protocols. Talk with customers to educate them on the use of the SelectorAI platform and ensure their success on the SelectorAI platform and work closely with our Enterprise prospects to determine technical requirements. Scope and architect customer deployments of the SelectorAI platform and Selector Software’s usable AIOps analytics solution, along with troubleshooting technical challenges. Participate in POC with the customer and solution engineers to show value and outcomes of the AIOps solution leveraging SelectorAI platform by understanding various network and monitoring protocols such as SNMP, telemetry (gNMI), and other tools which would interop with the SelectorAI platform. Help customers solve issues while using the SelectorAI platform and Selector Software’s usable AIOps analytics solution related to network and application layer protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VoIP, etc. Provide post-sales technical support (training, deployment, support, etc.) in collaboration with Customer Success team. Provide technical prospecting to support the technical sales process and help uncover sales opportunities. Research technical topics such as Content Delivery Networks (CDN), cloud computing, cloud infrastructure to learn about industry developments and explore technical topics impacting the industry to grow as an industry leader. Interface with product management and engineering teams to provide product feedback from customer interaction and present technical topics and successful wins as well as share technical challenges and ways to overcome them. Deliver talks on technical topics at trade shows and marketing events to promote products. Build and maintain technical and trusted advisory relationships with customers and peers.
