Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Pipeline Development

  • Leverage existing network and targeted outreach to access decision-makers
  • Relationship development: build trust with senior stakeholders across target organizations and establish credibility within the neuro-focused biopharma ecosystem

Deal Origination & Structuring

  • Lead early-stage conversations and opportunity shaping
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to define scope, pricing, and long-term
  • partnership opportunities

Deal Progression & Closing Support

  • Drive opportunities from initial engagement through proposal and negotiation
  • Navigate complex stakeholder and procurement environments

Commercial Strategy Input

  • Provide feedback on positioning, messaging, and market dynamics
  • Help refine go-to-market approach based on real-world interactions

What Success Looks Like

  • Development of a high-quality pipeline within target neuro-focused accounts
  • Access to senior decision-makers across pharma/biotech organizations
  • Progression and closure of large ($250K–$1M+) strategic engagements
  • Establishment of long-term partnerships and expansion opportunities

Preferred Profile

  • Existing network within neuro-oncology, CNS, or related therapeutic areas
  • Experience structuring multi-phase or strategic partnerships
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating in an early-stage environment
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating closely with leadership

Why Join

  • Opportunity to directly influence company trajectory through high-value partnerships
  • High ownership and visibility with leadership
  • Flexibility in engagement structure (contract or full-time)
  • Ability to shape the commercial strategy in a growing organization
